3. Payment

• All payments must be made in full at the time of ordering.
  
  

• Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes.

4. Delivery

• Physical products: Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be confirmed once your order is processed. Delays may occur due to postal services outside our control.
  
  

• Digital products: Downloads are available immediately after purchase. Please ensure you have the correct software/device to open files.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Physical products: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
  
  

• Digital downloads: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and digital downloads are the property of Mikaela Morgan. They are provided for personal use only. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or use them commercially without written permission.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
  
  

• Technical issues with your device or internet connection.
  
  

• Any indirect or consequential loss.
  
  

Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the price you paid for the product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
