Hi I'm Mikaela!

After many years as a pro photographer, I’ve found a new passion in painting. My art is about freedom, possibility and feeling alive — and I’d love to share that with you.

I painted the original watercolour up in the hills of the Italian countryside, with the warm late September sun on my back. I felt free, at peace and looking forward to a new chapter in my life... a future full of possibility, adventure and living life on my terms.

To celebrate this new chapter, I’m gifting a print of my Blue Butterfly Watercolour — a piece that reminds me how far I've come and represents peace, freedom, and transformation.
