1. Physical Products (e.g. prints)

  • If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@mikaelamorgan.co.uk with a photo of the issue.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for “change of mind” once an order has been placed.

2. Digital Downloads

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

  • Once your download link has been provided, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

  • Please ensure you have the correct software/device to open the file before purchasing.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds (when applicable) will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (usually 5–10 business days).
