We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Physical Products (e.g. prints)
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@mikaelamorgan.co.uk with a photo of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
We do not accept returns or refunds for “change of mind” once an order has been placed.
2. Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once your download link has been provided, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Please ensure you have the correct software/device to open the file before purchasing.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds (when applicable) will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (usually 5–10 business days).
